Registration Questions

Q: How old do I have to be to participate in sports leagues?

A: All Atlanta Sport and Social Club leagues are programmed for participants over the age of 21. In some instances, we will make an exception for participants between the 18-21 years of age.

Q: What are the different registration types?

A: Team Captain: The captain gets the team started by, signing up, reserving a team spot by paying the deposit amount, picking the team name, team t-shirt size, and sending out teammate invitations.

Team Player: These are players who receive an invite from a team captain to join a team. You should receive an invitation via email or Facebook. Once you accept your invite, just complete payment for your portion of the payment and you’re good to go!

Individual: These are players who register alone or in a small group. All of the Individuals of a league are placed on the same team. This team will play together all season. This is a great way to make new friends!

Waitlisted: When a league is sold out, a Team or Individual can join the waitlist. Waitlisted Teams and Individuals are offered a spot in the league, as they become available on a first come-first served basis.

Q: What does the registration fee include?

A: League fees include a predetermined number of regular season games, playoff games for the teams that qualify, ASSC field staff, A league team shirt, access to league sponsor bar specials, and league administration (schedules, announcements, etc.)

Q: When can I register?

A: We have leagues open for registration all year long. Each league will have three registration periods: Early Bird Registration, Regular Registration, and Late Registration - each period reflecting a price level.
